Walking through history, the central district had been the most prosperous district of Taichung city. The grid system planned a hundred years ago, is no longer fitting today.
The problems come one after the other. And, how can we revive this historical site?

The Eixample district, Barcelona, built in the same era, had a similar block scale with the central district.  Their urban planning is still highly praised nowadays, how do they make it? Or are they now facing urban problems as well?
